BoardActive is a powerful platform to track, follow and interact with your mobile users.

With privacy in mind, our platform allows you to measure anonymous user habits and gives you the ability to personalize your messaging and target specific audiences of app users.

Connecting your mobile app to BoardActive is a very simple and easy process, even for beginning developers.

BoardActive supports every mobile platform and development environment. Our tech team did all the hard work, so you don't have to.

What can BoardActive add to your app? We give your app incredible proximity-based user and app intelligence and personalized, rich notifications.

Let's get started! To use all the BoardActive features, you need to complete a few easy steps:

First, you will need to create an account. Please visit https://app.boardactive.com/login to set up your account.

Second, if you don’t already have a Google Firebase account, you will need to visit https://firebase.google.com and get your app set up. You will need to activate Cloud Messaging and then provide us with your FCM key, so we can interact with your app users.

Third, add a few lines of code to your app. But first, let go over the required permissions and support:

  1. Your app will need to support location permissions. This is to power our proximity features.

  2. Your app will need to support Firebase Cloud Messaging. This is to power rich notifications.

  3. Your app will need to talk to our server, there are only three endpoints to implement:

    1. You will need to register the device. This is a simple PUT http call.

    2. Share location data to our server. This is a simple POST http call.

    3. Record important events and interactions. This is a simple POST http call.
