On the left side of the dashboard is the Add Filter tab. By clicking on this tab, you will open a list of stock attributes. These attributes describe unique details that allow you to filter your users before sending targeted messages to specific audiences. For example, you want to filter a customer by location permission and name.
Click on 'Add Filter' and scroll down until you find the name filter & locationPermission filter, click on them. We want to offer a promotion to a specific set of customers based upon name and whether they have location permission turned on.
This allows a specific promotion to reach a set of customers based on their name and location permission.
When you click on the name filter, a configure filter for name opens, click the bubble for 'contains' and enter the name of choice and click confirm.
Then configure the filter for location permission by selecting the bubble that says, "is true”. Click confirm.
Below it will show you what you are filtering by, so you know exactly what parameters you applied. You can apply unlimited filters depending on your ideal campaign.
Your target audience will now appear under the Audiences header on the left. Your “filtered audience” will now be ready to filter users for your next message.
